Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship all orders via Australia Post.


Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)

Standard Shipping – Australia Post

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Cost: $9.99

Express Shipping – Australia Post

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Cost: $15

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or Australia Post delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number, allowing you to track your delivery online.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and size

  • Shipping method selected

  • Delivery location

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.


Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, including but not limited to:

  • Weather events

  • Peak periods (e.g. sales or holidays)

  • Service disruptions


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos
